What is your top fitness goal, and how do you plan on achieving it?

My goal is to become the best me possible. I will achieve this goal by continuing to challenge myself through various workout programs.

What has been the biggest obstacle in your fitness journey, and how have you overcome it?

Time. I continually have to shuffle things in my schedule to make it happen.
