What is your top fitness goal and how do you plan on achieving it?

My top fitness goal is just to be overall healthy and fit. In order to achieve that I will continue my 80/20 paleo lifestyle and workout at least 5 days a week.

What has been the biggest obstacle in your fitness journey and how have you overcome it?

Biggest obstacle was injuring my back in 2015. In doing, so I haven't been able to lift heavy things as efficiently. I've overcome it by adjusting my training regimen, and working more on mobility and yoga.

How have our products help you reach your fitness goals?

The Nextgen Roller has changed the way I think about foam rolling. I honestly would hate having to roll my body, but now I actually look forward to it!
