My top fitness goal is just to be overall healthy and fit. In order to achieve that I will continue my 80/20 paleo lifestyle and workout at least 5 days a week.
Biggest obstacle was injuring my back in 2015. In doing, so I haven't been able to lift heavy things as efficiently. I've overcome it by adjusting my training regimen, and working more on mobility and yoga.
The Nextgen Roller has changed the way I think about foam rolling. I honestly would hate having to roll my body, but now I actually look forward to it!
Number one fitness tip is that don't compare yourself to anyone else. It's always you versus you. Strive to be a better version of yourself, and you'll be a step ahead of everyone else.
