I’m working towards setting a new personal record for a 5k. I feel so accomplished when I complete a race! Running has never really been my thing. I workout at Orangetheory Fitness and it is a great workout to help me achieve my goal!
Self-doubt. I’ve really had to block out the haters and build confidence in knowing what is best for me. Surrounding myself with positive support has really helped!
I moved recently and spent 2 months sleeping on either a couch or an air mattress. Hasn’t left my hip and back alignment in the best shape. The InfinityBall helps relieve sore muscles!
Find what works best for you! What works for that fit girl on instagram may not be what is best for you. Trial and error is okay! Sometimes you have to figure out what doesn’t work in order to find out what does.
