What is your top fitness goal and how do you plan on achieving it?

Keeping in great shape being able to play in my basketball and street hockey league effectively and preventing any injuries.

What has been the biggest obstacle in your fitness journey and how have you overcome it?

I kept straining my hamstrings during a stretch of playing (no pun intended) that kept me out for months at a time but after learning about functional training and also, learning how to use your products for pliability, this definitely helped being able to sustain playing injury-free.

How have our products help you reach your fitness goals?

I learned of this pliability through Tom Brady's book and it was the first I heard of a vibrating/pulsing foam roller and when I did my research, I found your company and decided to give it a try and am very happy with your products!
