What is your top fitness goal and how do you plan on achieving it?

I don't have a strict fitness goal right now. I love exercise in various forms including running, yoga, weight training, HIIT, walking/hiking and golf. I simply desire to continue exercising in new and exciting ways daily.

What has been the biggest obstacle in your fitness journey and how have you overcome it?

Injuries! I've dealt with various injuries over the years, and I've learned that the best thing to do is take it slow in recovery and be consistent in rebuilding strength in your muscles/joints/ligaments/etc.

How have our products help you reach your fitness goals?

Nextrino products have helped make my foam rolling sessions fun again! Sometimes foam rolling gets boring, and I lose motivation to do it. Nextrino products are not only effective but fun, and I always look forward to stretching with the vibrating foam roller and ball.

Listen to your body! If you're tired and need a day of yoga or walking instead of HIIT, do it, and don't be afraid to take a day or two to do nothing at all. Finding balance in a workout regimen is crucial to making it fun and sustainable in the long term.
