After being a health coach literally in Special Ops shape, I had a life altering health event and string of injuries for the past 18 months, keeping me from training how I'd like. My goal is to not only fix my body, but get back to where I was pre-injuries and beyond.
My biggest obstacle has been staying healthy. No matter what I did, I kept getting injured, often times by doing things supposed to "help" my injuries. Aside from working with body coach Dan Craft in LA, I've done a ton of SMR work on myself.
The SMR work I've done on myself has been done largely with the Nextrino NextRoller.
Take care of your body - not just through your nutrition, focusing on an anti inflammatory diet, but get an evaluation ensuring your movement patterns and body are performing optimally. Even as a health nerd for over 12 years, in the last 3 months alone I learned about all the inefficiencies and issues causing my injuries that weren't even close to what I thought the actual causes were.
