What is your top fitness goal and how do you plan on achieving it?

To qualify for and represent Mexico at the 2018 PanAmerican Games as a decathlete. I train six days a week with various coaches in the Bay Area. Outside of practice, I am very dedicated to enhancing my recovery and expanding my understanding of the technique involved in each of my ten events.

What has been the biggest obstacle in your fitness journey and how have you overcome it?

Having the discipline to train six days a week while studying full time. I've redesigned my lifestyle, especially sleeping and eating habits, to accommodate such high-energy demands. I take it one day at a time and focus on enjoying my training sessions as much as possible.
