My top fitness goal is not so much aesthetic, but more so career focused. I would like to continue to reach many people and influence them to live a healthier life through my fitness success. I don't have a set plan other than just continuing to be myself and trying to help people as I am now. Putting content out there, showing my expertise.
Lack of motivation. From time to time, I too lose motivation. A lot of people assume fit folks are always motivated but we are not. We are human just like everyone else. So during these times you have to just do it and try to figure out why you are no longer motivated.
Trying new things, switching up the environment, getting a new workout outfit, etc are all ways to try and get some motivation. In my case, I will reevaluate to see why and how I am loosing motivation. I also just try to push through the workout even if I am not feeling it 100% that day.
Yes absolutely! I use the cream when I have sore muscles and joints as well as the vibrating foam roller to relax tight muscles. This for sure has helped me stay injury free which has helped my goals.
My number one fitness tip is remember Rome was not built in a day. It takes hard work, consistency and PATIENCE to accomplish anything. Enjoy every step of your journey and don't compare yourself to another person because they are in a different part of their life than you are.
