I would like to obtain pro status in the OCB Bodybuilding organization, but most importantly to live a healthy, active lifestyle.
Injuries. I modify workouts whenever needed to allow me to still train the muscle groups without furthering an injury. Also use foam rolling, massage therapy, dry needling, etc when needed to speed up and aid in the recovery process.
The Next Roller does an amazing job at helping to loosen up some tight muscles after being in the gym and especially in the back between massages.
Always listen to your body and take care of it early on to prevent injuries and reduce the amount of stress you put on it. It's much easier to maintain when you take care of it ahead of time instead of try to rehab an injury then get into a routine.
