What is your top fitness goal and how do you plan on achieving it?

My top fitness goal is to gain more flexibility/range of motion. I acheiving it my stretching more and rolling out my muscles.

What has been the biggest obstacle in your fitness journey and how have you overcome it?

The biggest obstacle for me has been muscle fatigue. To combat this, I listen to my body more. When it tells me that I should rest, I obey.
